What is Sellocity?
Sellocity is an AI performance coach for TikTok Shop affiliate creators. It reads your own TikTok performance and affiliate earnings, then turns that into daily posting tasks, product recommendations, scripts, and coaching.
Do I need to be approved for TikTok Shop already?
No. Our Apprentice program ($57 once) is built for creators under 1,000 followers. You get a growth-focused coach and daily tasks aimed at getting you approved — then your $57 becomes your first month of full access.
How do I connect my TikTok account?
Enter your public TikTok username in the app. Sellocity then reads your public profile and recent video performance and refreshes it automatically.
How do I add my earnings?
Open the Earnings card on your dashboard and import the affiliate order export you download from TikTok. Sellocity reads product, price, estimated commission, refunds, and whether the sale came from a video or a LIVE.
Your data and privacy
What data does Sellocity access?
Only data for your own account: public profile metrics (followers, likes, video count), performance on your recent videos (views, likes, comments, shares), and the affiliate order data you import (GMV, estimated commission, refunds, settlement status).
Does Sellocity change anything on my TikTok or shop?
No. Sellocity is read-only. It never posts on your behalf, and never modifies listings, orders, or fulfillment.
Do you share my data?
No. Your performance and earnings data is used to power your own dashboard and coaching. See our Privacy Notice for the full detail.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Remove your TikTok username in the app to stop refreshing data, and email us to have your account and stored performance and earnings data deleted.
How it works
Is this just another AI chatbot?
No. Generic chatbots guess. Your Sellocity coach reads your actual performance data, your earnings, and a constantly updated playbook of what's working in TikTok Shop right now before it answers.
How does Sellocity decide what I should post?
It ranks your products by engagement and by net commission, weights recent videos more heavily, and builds a daily plan that repeats proven winners while keeping one new product test running.
Are LIVE sales counted separately from video sales?
Yes. Sellocity reads the content type on each order so LIVE and showcase sales do not inflate your per-video numbers.
What are streaks and points?
Sellocity awards points for completed daily tasks and tracks your posting streak, including videos posted directly on TikTok, so consistency does not depend on motivation.
Billing and support
What does it cost?
Full membership is $57 per month or $470 per year, and both start with a 7-day free trial. The Apprentice tier is a one-time $57 for creators still working toward TikTok Shop approval.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access. A payment method is required to start, but you are not charged until day 7 — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever — you keep full access until the end of your paid period.
