• Account data: name, email address, login credentials
• Social selling data: your TikTok username and public profile/video metrics you connect or enter
• Usage data: tasks completed, goals, coach conversations, feature usage
• Support data: messages you send us
• Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, and similar identifiers

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), not by us.

• Creating and managing your account (contract performance)
• Providing daily tasks, coaching, trends, and performance insights (contract performance)
• Security, fraud prevention, and service improvement (legitimate interests)
• Customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests)
• Product updates and marketing where permitted (consent or legitimate interests)

• Service providers that host and operate Sellocity (cloud hosting, database, AI processing)
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@blissfuel.co — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our service providers may process data outside your country; where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Sellocity uses only essential storage (for example, to keep you signed in); we do not use advertising cookies.
