Sellocity is operated by BlissFuel LLC ("BlissFuel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Sellocity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a contract between you and BlissFuel LLC.

Sellocity is a membership app for social sellers and TikTok Shop affiliates. It provides daily content tasks, product and trend insights, performance tracking, and AI coaching. The Apprentice program is a growth-focused tier for creators working toward TikTok Shop affiliate approval.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sellocity. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when you sign up.

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• Using Sellocity for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Spamming, scraping, or harvesting data from the service
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property rights
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, abuse)
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service or its content

BlissFuel LLC owns Sellocity and all of its content, software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Sellocity's coach and daily tasks are generated by AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general educational purposes only — they are not financial, business, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use suggestions, for verifying accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you create or upload.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Memberships renew automatically until canceled; canceled memberships remain active until the end of the paid period. The Apprentice entry fee is a one-time payment credited as 30 days of full membership access once you confirm TikTok Shop approval.

We work hard to keep Sellocity available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellocity is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, and disputes will be handled in its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
